All Packages are Mailed out using a Mail Service that Has Tracking Numbers.
Your Tracking ID or Number will be Emailed to you within 24 hours of your order being sent out.

The expected delivery times are given to us by the Shipping companies, occasionally Packages are Delayed or Held up at Customs if the package is being shipped Internationally. Please Allow for extra time for your Package to arrive and continually check your tracking number on the Carriers’ website before contacting us.

RETURNS
All returns must be postmarked within Twenty One (21) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

Please Note that You will Be Reponsible for all Return Shipping Charges. We strongly recommend using a Shipping company that uses Trackable return method for your package, as we cannot process refunds if an item is not received.
REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange.
