We all know that it takes time, discipline and a little bit of will power to transform your body into the best you. Your body won’t transform overnight or in a Week, but give it a month or mor, following these habits and rules below, and you’ll be sure to notice a difference in short time.
We know, everybody wants results now, now now. But this isn’t always the case. These are tips below will help you get the small gains here and there and after doing them for 20-40 days, they’ll become second nature and turn into habits. Good habits.
1. Your Not allowed to eat Anytime your on the Couch.
2. Stop getting on the Scale everyone more to weigh yourself – its not always the best sign of progress.
3. Cover your Mirror and take a step back.
4. Ignoring your Cravings won’t do you any Good – Find a way to Satisfy them elsewhere.
5. Find Productive things to do rather than “Boredom Eating”
6. Time to Say NO to Fast food and start Meal Prepping at Home.
7. Use the Stairs instead of the Elevator every Morning/Evening.
8. Go straight to the Gym right after Work or Class.
9. And if you hate the Gym, find something Active you enjoy Doing.
10. You know those “GO-To Snacks” you always buy for Munchy Time? Knock That off. Keep only Fruits and Veggies around instead.
11. Get rid of all the Sugar and Cream for your Coffee – Go Black and never go Back.
12. Never touch another Soda or Soft Drink ever Again. Period.
13. And while we’re at it, Lose the Booze and Beer.
14. Respect and Treat yourself Good, its your Body and your Life
15. Drink 8-10 Glasses of Water a Day, stay Hydrated!
16. Sugar Cravings will come – Abstain at All Costs!
17. Fad Diets rarely Work, so don’t even bother with them.
18. Use the Gym, Working out or Fitness as a Social Activity with your Friends.
19. Stop saying, “I wish”, and start saying “I will”.
