Janice Lorraine, a 73-yr old grandmother is making all the right moves when it comes to staying in shape and keeping fit, even in the latter half of her life. Lorraine took up the art of bodybuilding in her 50’s with the sole purpose of not becoming “frail and old” when she retires.
From the picture below, you can tell that she’s doing just fine for herself! At the young age of 73, she’s still looking great and better than some people 1/2 her age. She’s hoping to be one of the world’s oldest bodybuilders, but has a ways to go, as there’s some in their 90’s who are still active gym goers!
But it gets even better.
Lorraine not only looks amazing for her age, but is also enjoying the fruits of her labor and being supported by her 49-yr old boyfriend who she has been with for over 25 yrs, David Kendall.

She didn’t let retirement get the best of her, saying “retirement can be devastating and that it creates a feeling of emptiness”
She’s also still competing as well! Proves that Retirement isn’t the End All for people and that Age is just a Number!

Raising awareness is her main goal and she’s one of the best examples
Consistency is Key – She is continually following her weekly routine at the gym and on top of walking outdoors for cardio.
