Craig Golias is an absolute monster in the gym. You’ve probabally seen some massive guys in the past, but few compare to this guy. Some people like to relax, watch tv, travel, read… This guy’s only priority is to get bigger and freakier.
What does a beast like this think about cardio?
Craig told us what he thinks about cardio in an interview with Apex Contest Prep.
“I only do cardio when I diet I HATE IT!!!! Lol I do an hour every day when in diet mode.”
He has said that his favorite day is chest day, and that he doesn’t get nearly as hyped for anything else.

Before he got serious about lifting, he was a skinny 6 foot 3, 155 pounds.
He’s competed in bodybuilding competitions, but now he’s stepped away from the stage in order to work on creating a “a super massive and freaky physique”.
He’s bigger than 99.999999% of people will ever be, but gains like these also come with a price. Buying shirts off the rack, if they have sleeves, is practically impossible. He can’t make it down the street without being approached by neighbors asking him to help them open a stubborn jar of pickles. When one of his buddies moves into a new place, who do you think they’re phoning first for help moving? He probably spends a fortune on groceries, and probabally gets to keep a tab running at the butcher’s shop.
