We’ve all dealt with muscle cramps and it’s no fun, but most of us have never had them as bad as this guy. It’s not uncommon to experience cramps. Have you ever been woken up in the middle of the night by a mean leg cramp? You shake it off, you go back to sleep, it’s whatever.
This guy, on the other hand… this poor guy has some of the nastiest cramps you’ll never see. It probabally feels like somebody is smashing his muscles with a hammer but also stabbing them with a rusty knife at the very same time. Don’t ask how I know what that feels like…
But seriously, after you see this guy’s brutal leg cramp video, you’re going to seriously considering skipping leg day for the rest of your life. You’re not going to do it, of course, because that’s a coward move, but it’s going to cross your mind.
