Jeff Seid is a controversial guy in the bodybuilding community. He’s barely old enough to drink and he has the same haircut as the singer from some dorky scene band 5 years ago, but that hasn’t stopped him from making a huge name for himself in the fitness community in a short amount of time. It feels like he’s been around forever, so take a look at the pic he recently posted to reflect on his career so far (And to plug his personal training, of course.)
In the first picture in this article, Jeff weighed 120 in the before. Looks like he’s about the same, but a bit bigger, in the 8 year transformation photo as well.
He said that he had already been lifting for about 2 years in the first picture, so all in all he’s about 10 years deep in the game.
What do you think of his progress after 8 years?
Jeff was an athlete in highschool playing a variety of sports from football to track and field, wrestling, and baseball. Wrestlers develop insane work ethic, durability, and toughness – same goes for football players, and those are all traits that are necessary for a career in the weight lifting business.
Haters are gonna hate, but at the age of 21 he’s already got himself a successful and established career, a wildly valuable personal brand, and years to go before he even comes close to hitting his peak. Well played, bro.
