Here’s a throwback to a few years ago when Phil Heath collapsed on stage in the middle of his posing routine. He immediately grabs his leg in pain due to the massive cramps he’s experiencing.
Can you even imagine what muscle cramps would feel like when you’re the most jacked guy on the planet? People that don’t have MASSIVE legs already know how much cramps can hurt after a regular workout, now imagine experiencing cramps after one of Phil Heath’s insane gym sessions. It’s not a pleasant thought, and this is some really bad timing, but when the cramps strike there’s really not a lot you can do in that moment.
He said that he thought people were thinking this was part of his routine, but he really just wanted someone to come over and help him. His back was knotted up, his thighs,
Phil’s obviously a tough dude, but he’s no match for sudden leg cramps. This is so brutal to watch:

Obviously, most of the time when Phil’s on stage, things go perfectly. It’s the champion mindset that allows you to collapse infront of a room full of people with crippling pain, then get right back up and keep going.
