Riff Raff falls into that new category of white rapper who, on paper, should never have become nearly as successful as he is. He’s a polarizing guy. Hip hop purists can’t stand him, but at the end of the day he’s making fun music and having a good time and making bank – so what’s to hate on?
He’s a goofy dude, and it’s hard to tell if he’s even serious about his music or just acting like a parody of hiphop stereotypes – but for whatever reason, it works, and fans eat it up. And the longer he sticks around, the more credibility he seems to earn himself.
Riff Raff built his reputation as a wild man, but you know what they say about people who live too quickly, so he decided to tone it down and start living healthier, before it was too late. But just by looking at this guy, you can tell that he doesn’t do anything without taking it to the extreme of extremes. So when he decided to take those skinny little arms and start moving some iron, he went in.
So he put down the crack pipe or whatever other drugs made him the way he is, he put down the mic, and started lifting instead. He’s still got a ways to go, but he’s showing huge gains already. He seems like the type of person who, when they get into something, they go all-in. There are vids of him and his buddies acting like idiots in the gym, but we’ll let it slide since he’s legit trying and getting results.
