A lot of people were first introduced to Rich when he appeared on the American comedy show Tosh.0, but any true gym freak has known about Rich for years now. Rich Piana is the personification of the word freak, in the best way possible.
He staretd lifting when he was only 11 years old, he used to go to the gym with his mom and watch her lift and it didn’t take long for young Rich to fall in love with the iron life.
Rich makes bank off of his Youtube channel and business ventures, which is good – because he’s got a $2500/mo steroid habit that he’s been fueling since he was only 18 years old.
Does he regret flying so close to the sun? Does he regret having to eat 10 meals a day to keep his gains? Does he regret being so huge and the toll it’s taking on his cardiovascular health? Hell naw:
‘I was competing on stage and I was getting to the point where I was getting blown off stage if I wasn’t going to do roids, so I took that step. But you know what? I’m happy with everything I chose and happy with the way that everything went in my life and I would not have done anything different. I’m completely happy with the choice that I made to start taking roids at an early age of 18.’ – Rich Piana
We don’t endorse being like Rich Piana, and frankly neither does he, but this one of a kind monster of a man is becoming harder and harder to hate.
In a world filled with charlatans, guys who pretend they’re all natural to sell you supplements (such as Nitric Oxide and Testosterone Boosters), Photoshoppers, and the list goes on – Rich Piana is a breath of fresh air.
He tells it like it is and he’s not afraid to be himself, even when he takes massive amounts of heat for it. He was recently featured in a paper that said he weighted 310 pounds, so we’re making the safe assumption that he’s put on at least 5 more since then, since this guy never stops growing.
